Hi, I'm Patience, the founder of Bayside Events. For three years I've been planning and producing events across South Africa: government functions and corporate launches, high-profile weddings, private celebrations, and the kind of nights people talk about long after.
I'm hands-on from the first brief to the final packdown, and I bring the whole event under one roof, production, catering, licensing, logistics, all of it. We're based in Cape Town, but the work flies us across the country, and wherever we land I bring in local crew, suppliers and talent, because a good event should lift the community around it.
Most of what we do comes by word of mouth, a wedding guest who becomes next year's bride, a department that books us again, someone who saw an event and had to ask who ran it. If you're planning something big, complex, or once-in-a-lifetime, I'd love to help you make it happen.
